Eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterflies

Several Eastern Tiger Swallowtail butterflies (Papilio glaucus) feeding on Swamp Milkweed (Asclepias incarnata) in the central wetland area at Huntley Meadows Park, Fairfax County, Virginia USA. Photo 1 shows a male (on the right) and female (on the left); Photos 2-5 show males. Tiger Swallowtail is the State Insect of Virginia.
